Merge Empire FC ("the App") is a mobile idle/merge football card game developed by Kevin Matthews. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
The App itself does not require an account or collect any personally identifiable information directly. Your game progress is stored locally on your device only.
The following data may be collected by third-party services integrated into the App:
All game save data (your squad, progress, settings, and purchases) is stored locally on your device using the device's local storage. This data is not transmitted to any server operated by us.
The App offers optional in-app purchases processed by the Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Please refer to Google Play's policies for details on purchase data handling.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded ads and interstitial ads. AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings (Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation).
Users who purchase the VIP Manager Pass will not be shown interstitial advertisements for the duration of their subscription.
Merge Empire FC contains no violence, adult content, or social features. The App does not collect any personal information directly from users of any age. All game data is stored locally on the device.
In-app purchases require parental approval on devices configured with parental controls through the Google Play Store.
Game save data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data through your device settings. We do not store any personal data on our own servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
